Nita (Myers) White

Nita Myers White went to be with the Lord April 9th, 2024. She was born July 21st, 1934, in Samson, Alabama. She attended Samson Elementary School and later graduated from the Alabama School for the Deaf at Talladega, AL. She was a member of Blue Valley Baptist Church in Highlands, NC.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford "Roy" White; her parents, Oscar G. Myers and Lennye Davis Myers; her brother Royce Myers and sister Essie Freeze (James) of Huntsville. She is survived by: her brother, Neil Myers (Anne) of Aiken, SC, her daughters, Dani Velke (John) of Samson, Debra Rogers (Tommy) of Clayton, GA and Davie Cox (Paul) of Columbiana, AL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at Pittman Funeral Home in Samson, AL on Monday April 15th from 3pm to 4pm followed by a graveside service at Travelers Rest Cemetery at 4:30pm.
